Our founders spent the better part of a decade behind the wheel before they ever opened an office. They knew exactly what made every "best fleet to drive for" list hollow — and they knew what actually mattered: a phone that gets answered, a paycheck that lands on time, equipment that doesn't break down in West Texas at 2am.
TruckUp started with three trucks, a Bridgeview parking lot, and a promise: treat every driver like a partner. Today we run 90+ tractors, but the promise is still the only contract that matters.
